Step 1 — Turn off the water
Shut off your shower's water supply before you start.

Step 2 — Unscrew the showerhead
Twist the lower part of the showerhead counterclockwise and remove it.

Step 3 — Remove the old filter
Pull it out and discard it. It's done its job.

Step 4 — Prep the new filter
Remove the bottom cap from the new filter before inserting — this ensures a secure fit.

Step 5 — Insert the new filter
Place it in the same position as the old one.

Step 6 — Reattach the showerhead
Twist the lower part back on clockwise until snug.

Step 7 — Test and enjoy
Turn the water back on, check for leaks, and step into a fresh filtered shower.
